I ship priority mail with delivery conformation when ever possible. Depending on item.
All items ship with insurance.
I ship on Saturday morning but if I can get out will always ship as soon as possible.
I do accept returns minus shipping costs. Items must be returned within 10 days at buyers expense. When I get the item you will be credited back your refund.

All handmade items are not perfect but that is what makes them perfect 😀
I put a lot of time and care into everything I make.
